We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Lucas Innovates. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy.

  1. Eligibility for Return

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
    • Items that are perishable, custom-made, or marked as final sale cannot be returned.
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details (order number, item name, reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable). We will guide you through the return process.

  3. Return Shipping
    The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your items to ensure they are safely delivered.

  4. Refund Process
    Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund. As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will not be issued back to a credit or debit card. Refunds will be provided in the form of cash, either via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.

  5. Refund Timeframe
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will offer a replacement or full refund for the defective product. Please include photos of the damaged item in your return request to expedite the process.

  7. Non-Refundable Items
    Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

    • Items that have been opened, used, or altered.
    • Perishable goods or items that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons.
    • Any custom or personalized items.

    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
